BODY PURIFICATION THERAPY (SHODANA CHIKILSA) 
It is a process of purifying the whole body to obtain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha on Panchakarma and Swetakarma treatment. This treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by medicated oil and cream. It includes internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 - 14 days. PANCHAKARMA CHIKILSA

Day-01: Cochin
On Arrival Cochin Airport/Railway station you will be greeted with a warm welcome by our representative & later assisted for transfer to your resort and consult the resident doctor (Vaidya) after he plans your program and will also suggest your diet and the therapy commences in right earnest. Please remember that during this period you should not exert yourself and for best result no alcohol, no tobacco and strict vegetarian diet. The Rejuvenation Therapy is over, but it is best to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after one week of massage. Have a tasteful dinner & overnight at the resort

After morning Breakfast check out the resort & drop at Airport/Railway station to board your onward destination Flight or Train. With great mind & strong body.
